Chico Uniform Ordering and Return Policy

Please read the following information on ordering procedure and return policy.

Ordering Information

When placing an order make sure you know the style number and sizing information.  If you do not have this, refer to sizing chart/examples provided.  We want you to get a good fit the first time.

To place an order we prefer you to fax or e-mail you order to our customer service department.  If you do have question about your order, please feel free to telephone us at  (USA)  530-343-9070. 

When ordering by e-mail or fax, be sure to include a telephone number and best time of day to reach you.  A representative will contact you to confirm your order and obtain your payment information.

Payment Options

The following credit cards are accepted:  VISA - MasterCard - American Express - Discover Card.  PayPal (www.paypal.com) Pre payment by check or money order.   (Prepayment order will not be shipped until check clears the bank.)  Government purchase orders are accepted.  NO C.O.D.'S!! 

Shipping

All items will be shipped by U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) and can not be shipped to a Post Office Box address. Shipping options:  U.P.S. Ground - 3rd Day, 2nd Day, - Next Day Air - and Saturday Delivery.  If needed some items can be sent by U. S. Postal Service.  We offer Overseas shipping with prior approval.

Return Policy

All returned items must be made within 15 days of delivery date.   Chico Uniform will make every effort to exchange the item, issue Store Credit or refund your money minus shipping costs.

Footwear:

Must be returned with original box with tags still attached to item.   Any footwear which shows signs of being worn outside of the home environment will be rejected and sent back to purchaser.  Exception:  Manufacturer defects. 

Clothing:

Must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, i.e. smoke. 

Items which had emblems sewn on, altered, pants length hemmed, can not be returned.

Protective Body Armor:

Since this item is custom made from the purchasers own measurements, the custom design and warranties of this item prohibits this being returned.   Exception:  Manufacturer defects.

Leather Gear:

Must be returned in new condition without any signs of wear. Custom made leather items can not be returned, unless it has a manufacturer's defect.  In which case the item would be repaired or replaced.

Name patches and Name plates:

Since these items are custom made to the Customer's specifications they can not be returned.  Exception would be a manufacturer's defect.  In which case the item would be repaired or replaced.

Shipping Disclosure

To return an item the purchaser will need to contact Chico Uniform for a return authorization number prior to sending the item back.  The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs of the returned item(s).  The purchaser will be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
